Module Inhibit Enable.

0 (INACTIVE): The DTM module does not ignore any DMA requests.

1 (ACTIVE): The DTM module ignores all DMA requests until the inhibit signal selected by INHSSEL matches the polarity polarity set by INHSPOL.
